6 Easy steps
How to make a booking?
- Choose the destination, package, tours and
excursions, Car hire and all other services
and products you wish to book.
- E-mail us your request with product code
and relevant details like -
Dates, Pax, children age , etc or fax us ..
call us and request for the final quote
- We will send a quotation to you in the next
24-48 hours for the services and products requested.
- Along with the quotation we will be sending
you a link to download our booking form ( fax
the booking form). If you wish to book the package
offered. Fill in all the relevant details and
send it back to us with credit card guarantee.
- We will confirm the services and a time limit
will be given for the balance payment.
- Make the final payment and your travel documents
will be ready for collection in the next24-48
hrs.
Booking Terms & Conditions
1. The Contract
These conditions and other information in all
Via Dubai Holidays’ brochures, price booklets,
separate publicity material or our web site form
the contract between you and us. All Holidays
are subject to availability and these booking
conditions. In the event of any conflict between
these booking conditions and any of the brochures,
price booklets, separate publicity material or
our web site, these booking conditions will prevail.
You are recommended to read these booking conditions
carefully and in the event that there is anything,
which you do not understand, contact Via Dubai
Holidays for clarification.
You need to be aware that these conditions contain
a limitation of our liability to you and of our
obligations in relation to any Holiday, which
you book.
These conditions do not govern your contract
or affect your rights relating to any third party
whose services you may use on your Holiday. When
you have booked your Holiday, completed a booking
form, paid a deposit and we have issued a confirmation
to you, a contract exists between you and us.
The First Named guarantees that he or she has
full authority to make the Holiday booking on
behalf of all customers named on the Holiday booking
and guarantees to pay all sums which are or may
become due in relation to such Holiday.
The purchase and sale of the Holiday shall take
place (or shall be deemed to take place) and come
into effect in the UAE, whatever the circumstances
of your booking. Notwithstanding any conflict
of law principles, these booking conditions and
any contract between you and us shall be governed
exclusively by the Laws of the Emirate of Dubai
and the Federal Laws of the UAE, and the Civil
Courts of the UAE in Dubai shall have exclusive
jurisdiction over any dispute arising over our
contract with you.
2. Booking
(a) A booking is made by a Client who submits
a duly completed and signed Booking Form accompanied
when appropriate by the required deposit or full
payment. The Company will not accept any bookings
other than those received on a completed and signed
Booking Form.
A booking is accepted by the Company only if and
when it issues confirmation of its acceptance
of the booking and availability of the relevant
accommodation, flights and other relevant facilities.
Once the full payment has been made for an accepted
booking, the Company will issue to the Client
tickets and vouchers for the same. The Client
will be required to present this to the relevant
hotel, car hire or other supplier of ground services
included in the booking in order to obtain the
relevant services.
Flights must be used in the order set out in
your itinerary - eg a failure to use the outbound
flight or first stage of a journey could invalidate
the rest of the ticket. Via Dubai Travels is not
responsible for the costs of any transfers between
airports or terminals that you may incur.
As part of the booking process for flight tickets
or hotels you are given the option to enter the
details of any relevant frequent flyer or hotel
loyalty programme of which you are a member. Please
contact the airline or hotel in charge of your
frequent flyer or hotel loyalty programme if you
are unsure of its terms and conditions.
3. Payment
For bookings requested the specified deposit must
be paid at the time of request. Once confirmation
is received and advised to the Client, the specified
deposit must be paid
Within 48 hours of the advice being given. If
any money, be it a deposit or full payment, is
not received by the due date, the Company reserves
the right to treat the booking as cancelled
by the Client who will then be liable for cancellation
charges Specified in Clause 7 (b) (ii)
Please refer to the cancellation grid in the
cancellation page. If, for any reason, a booking
is not accepted by the Company, all monies paid
to the Company by the Client for that booking
will be refunded and the Company shall not have
any further liability to the Client.
All figures quoted (unless otherwise specified)
will be in UAE Dirhams ("AED").
We accept drafts, credit or debit cards. However,
due to the fee levied onus by the credit and debit
card companies, a charge may be made if you pay
using a credit or debit card. Please check with
us for details on this at the time of booking.
If you make a late booking and it is necessary
to issue your documents on departure or send them
to you by special delivery, there will be an additional
charge of AED 100/- per booking.
4 What your holiday price includes and
does not include?
What your holiday price includes;
- Return transportation including luggage allowance
as confirmed.
- Overseas transfers/transportation as confirmed.
- Accommodation, meals (including any bonus
offers) as confirmed.
- Any other services e.g. excursions, car rental,
ski packs, etc. as confirmed.
- Child discounts as booked and confirmed.
What your holiday price does not include;
- Passport, visa and health protection fees.
- Cots and food for infants.
- Meals unless otherwise specified.
- Excursions or entrance fees unless otherwise
specified.
- Overseas airport departure charges payable
locally.
- Porterage, personal expenditure, tips, laundry,
hotel extras.
- Transport cost to your departure airport
unless specified.
- Taxes or compulsory charges levied by Governments,
regulatory bodies or airlines.
- Security charges introduced or increased
after you have booked.
- Credit card charges if applicable.
- Holiday insurance.
5 Hotel check-in/check-out times
Hotel check-in/check-out times are fixed and there
are no guarantees for early/late check-in/out
Unless paid for. Please check with our reservation
agent regarding Cancellation policy of the hotel
you booked.
6. Travel documentation
It is the responsibility of the Client to obtain
and carry a valid passport and any other documents
including visas and international certificates
of vaccination required for travel to, from and
in the holiday destination. The Company shall
not be liable for any inconvenience, expense,
loss or damage of any kind if incurred by the
Client by reason of failure to obtain or produce,
or by the loss of, such documents.
7. Prices
All fares and prices quoted here are correct at
the time of publishing on our website. Such fares,
Prices and international rates of exchange are
subject to change, which in turn may affect prices
quoted here. In spite of a deposit or full payment
being made, any such increase in price must also
be paid by the passenger. If the increase is unacceptable,
the passenger retains the right to cancel his/her
booking. However, attention is drawn to the possibility
that some cancellation
Charges may be imposed covering the Company’s
cancellation cost. Business and First Class supplements
are available on request. The Company reserves
the right to vary holiday prices.
8. Change or cancellation of bookings
– General
(a) By the Company
(i) It is unlikely that the Company will have
to make any alteration to a booking which has
been accepted by it, but sometimes circumstances
change and alterations have to be made. The
Company reserves the right to make alterations
but if any such alteration is material it will
offer the Client the alternative of accepting
the alteration or accepting any other holiday
which may be offered by the Company or canceling
the booking and receiving a full refund of all
monies paid.
A material change for this purpose means (A)
a change to the departure date (but not a change
to flight times or flight or flight routes)
or (B) a change to a lower standard of accommodation.
If the Client accepts a change to a lower standard
of accommodation, a refund will be made to reflect
the lower cost of accommodation. The Company
shall not be liable for any changes to a holiday
made after departure due to events beyond its
control. Examples of events beyond the control
of the Company include but are not limited to
war or threat of war, civil disturbance, political
unrest, terrorist activities, industrial disputes,
strikes, fire, floods and other natural disasters,
acts of God, acts of government, closure of
airports, weather and failure of a carrier,
hotelier or other person to operate services
for any reason.
(ii) The Company may cancel a booking at any
time when necessary because of events beyond
its control, or an over booking which arises
from the default or omission on the part of
any person such as a carrier or a hotelier providing
any services comprised in the booking. The Company
will inform the Client of any such event as
soon as practicable, and at its discretion refund
monies paid or, where practicable, offer the
Client a comparative alternative holiday for
any booking, so cancelled. The Company will
be under no further liability to the Client
whatsoever in such circumstances.
(b) By the Client
Your ability to cancel or modify a booked travel
product or service, and the method for doing so,
will depend on the specific Travel Supplier's
or hotel's terms and conditions. It therefore
may not be possible to cancel or modify some products
or services or there may be specific requirements
you will have to meet.
(i) If the Client wishes to change his/her booking,
the Company will endeavour to accommodate these
changes. In view of the additional work involved
the Company reserves the right to make
a charge of Aed 200 each time a change or amendment
is made to a confirmed booking at the Client’s
request. Any alterations to a confirmed booking
requested less than two weeks before
departure will be treated as a cancellation of
the Client’s original booking and cancellation
charges as detailed in 8 (b)(ii) will apply. Any
new arrangements will be regarded as an entirely
new booking. All requests for alterations must
be made or confirmed in writing.
(ii) Should a Client be forced to cancel a booking
the Client must give the Company written notice
signed by the Client. Cancellation will take effect
on the date of receipt by the Company of such
written notice. To cover the estimated loss to
it caused by cancellation, the Company reserves
the right to make a charge which is payable by
the Client in accordance with the scale at the
end of this page.
The Client’s attention is drawn to the
Insurance cover available from the Company to
protect against such risks. Refunds will not be
made for services not used by the Client except
in accordance with the above provisions where
notice of cancellation of a booking is received
by the Company.

Curtailments
For all Bookings: Charges will be levied as
per the actual charges received from the supplier/
hotel plus US Dollars (USD ) 60 per booking.
Proof of return travel (boarding card) should
match the end date of last service utilized. |
Partially utilized packages
are non-refundable.
The above does not apply for group bookings.
Please check with us for group cancellation
charges. |
9. The Company’s responsibility
and conditions of carriage
(a) General
(i) The Company does not accept, and hereby
excludes all liability for the acts or omissions
whether negligent or otherwise of airlines,
coach operators, hoteliers or any person providing
goods or services in connection with any booking,
unless such person is either employed by it
and acting within the scope of his/her employment
or is its agent under its control.
(ii) The Company accepts no liability for any
loss or damage caused by events beyond its control.
(iii) Where properties booked are outside
of our featured /recommended hotels, the Company
will not be liable for any claims for not satisfy
the Client’s expectations.
(b) Third Party Conditions
(i) The Company is not itself a provider of
accommodation, ground services or tours nor
does it control the third parties who provide
such services in connection with the Client’s
holiday.
(ii) All bookings are accepted and all arrangements
are made by the Company subject to (A) any and
all conditions imposed from time to time by
airlines and sea, rail, and road carriers, car
rental
companies, providers of accommodation, catering
and other services or other facilities connected
with a booking and such conditions will apply
to the Client as if they were incorporated into
these Conditions and (B) any law, direction
or order imposed from time to time by any competent
authority.
(iii) Some of the Third Party Conditions referred
to above seek to exclude or limit the liability
of the third party concerned: for instance,
the liability of airlines for personal injury
(including
death) or loss or damage to property and baggage
is usually limited by conditions contained within
the airline’s ticket and Conditions of
Carriage (and/or by operation of law).
(c) Carriage by air by the Company
The terms, conditions and provisions in (or referred
to in) the Airline Company’s ticket shall
apply in respect of carriage of a Client by the
Company.
10. Your responsibility
A. You are responsible for
complying with any airline or other Travel Supplier
conditions in relation to check-in times, reconfirmation
of flights, or other matters. Please note that,
in relation to flight tickets, the recommended
minimum check-in time is 120 minutes prior to
departure for international flights and 90 minutes
for domestic flights. Some airlines require
you to reconfirm your return flight booking
at least 72 hours before travel. Failure to
reconfirm your flight booking directly with
the airline may result in cancellation.
B. In relation to the 'special
requests' options relating to any product (eg
meals, disabled facilities, child seats etc..),
Via Dubai Travels does not guarantee any such
requests but will pass these requests on to
the Travel Supplier/hotel. It is your responsibility
to confirm with the Travel Supplier or hotel
whether such special requests can be fulfilled.
C. You must ensure that you
and the rest of your party have valid passports,
any appropriate visas and vaccinations. We are
not liable for any costs, delays or illness
resulting from your failure to meet these requirements.
D. You are responsible for
providing all information to us which we or
any airline or other carrier or customs or Governmental
body may require. This may include information
about your name, passport number, nationality,
date of birth, gender, country of residence,
travel history, occupation, home address, point
of origin, final destination and address at
destination.
E. You are responsible for
ensuring that any existing medical conditions
or disabilities, which may require assistance,
are declared to us before you book your Holiday
or, if newly diagnosed, before the date of departure.
We can only accept your booking upon the clear
understanding that we cannot be liable if any
carrier refuses to accept you or any member
of your party as a passenger if this information
is not made known to us. In all circumstances
it remains your responsibility to ensure that
you are fit to travel and to participate in
all of the services and facilities which you
have booked and undertaken. We reserve the right
to ask for further medical information from
you if you notify a health matter to us and
to refuse or cancel your Holiday in our absolute
discretion.
F. You are responsible for
the behavior of yourself and your party. We
or our suppliers reserve the right to refuse
your booking or to remove you and/or any member
of your party from any Holiday if you or any
member of your party is reasonably deemed to
behave in a disruptive, dangerous of annoying
manner. We will make no refund or payment of
any costs incurred by you under these circumstances,
and you may face prosecution.
G. You are reminded that Captains
of aircraft have absolute authority over the
aircraft and its passengers whilst boarding
or in flight. The Captain or other authorized
representative of an airline can refuse to carry
anyone if they are unruly or are otherwise unfit
to travel or are a danger to the flight or other
passengers. If you are refused carriage in these
circumstances your Holiday will terminate immediately
as will the contract between you and us and
we will have no further responsibility or liability
to you.
H. If you participate in sports,
water-sports or winter sports whilst on Holiday
such participation is at the your own risk and
it is your own responsibility to obtain the
relevant insurance.
11. Complaints/Refunds
If the Client has a complaint/refund query about
any aspect of his/her holiday it should be reported
immediately to the Company’s local representative
in the resort who will do whatever
he/she can do during the holiday. If the problem
is not resolved to the Client’s satisfaction
any further complaint/refund query should be made
by the Client in writing and fax to us on 04-3360086
or send to Via Dubai Holidays, P.O.Box 28025,
Dubai, and UAE., not later than 30 days following
completion of the holiday, failing which no claim
may be brought against the
Company. There will be no refund on unutilized
services.
12. Information on the Site
Via Dubai Travels offers all of the general information
on the Site for purposes of guidance only. Please
note that Via Dubai Travels may at any time change
any aspect of the Site or its content, including
the availability of any suppliers, features, information,
database or content. You need to check with the
relevant Travel Supplier, destination, embassy,
or tourist office to confirm the guidance is up
to date. In particular, with respect to passports,
visas, and vaccination requirements, Via Dubai
Travels does not guarantee that the information
is always up to date and it is your responsibility
to ensure that you understand and comply with
all relevant passport, visa, and vaccination requirements.
Via Dubai Travels does not guarantee that information
on the Site (including without limitation prices,
descriptions or dates) is free from errors or
omissions but we will use all reasonable endeavours
to correct any errors or omissions as soon as
practicable once they have been brought to our
attention. By way of example, the majority of
hotel and other accommodation descriptions are
fed directly to our Site by the Travel Supplier
or the hotel's themselves.
13. Links to Third Party Web Sites
The Site may contain hyper links to external web
sites owned and operated by third parties. Via
Dubai Travels has no control over or association
with such third party sites and no responsibility
in relation to the accuracy, completeness and
quality of the information contained within them.
Any and all contents on these external web sites
do not reflect products, services or information
provided by Via Dubai Travels. You should direct
any concerns regarding any external link to the
site administrator or webmaster of such site.
14. Use of the Site
The Site is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available'
basis. Via Dubai Travels does not accept any liability
in respect of your ability to access or use the
site at any time or any interruption in that access
or use or any failure to complete any transaction.
Via Dubai Travels does not warrant that the Site
is free from computer viruses or other properties
that may cause loss or damage.
15 Denial of Access
Via Dubai Travels reserves the right to deny access
to the Site at any time without notice.
16. Currency Converter
Currency rates quoted in the Site are derived
from a number of sources and may not in all cases
be updated daily. You may wish to verify actual
rates on the date of booking.
17. Copyright and Trademarks
The copyright and all proprietary rights in the
Site and all content are reserved by Via Dubai
Travels. The material contained within the Site
is the property of Via Dubai Travels or its affiliates
unless identified as belonging to third parties.
The name Via Dubai Travels and any other marks,
logos and graphics of Via Dubai Travels displayed
on the Site are registered trademarks of Via Dubai
Travels or its affiliates. Other company and product
or service names displayed on the Site may be
the trademarks of their respective owners.
You are not granted any right or license to
use any trademarks.
18. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Via Dubai Travels reserves the right to change
or update the Terms and Conditions relating to
use of the Site from time to time without prior
notice to Users. The current version of the Terms
and Conditions will be displayed within the Site
from the date on which any changes come into effect.
Continued use of the Site following any changes
to the Terms and Conditions shall constitute your
acceptance of such changes.
