Our representative
will Meet the client on Arrival inside the
Airport and help with fast track immigration
and porterage service. Passengers will be
escorted to Car hire/transfer counter. There
will be a one- time hotel representation
with 24 hrs emergency assistance. Guests
will receive a welcome kit with Dubai map,
city guide and a set of postcards. In addition
to it guests will also receive a shopping
discount card valid at all leading retail
outlets and malls in Dubai.
Return Ticket re-confirmation service at
no extra-cost. Highly recommended service
for all tourists to Dubai. Please note that
this has to be booked for the entire party
/ family.
In the unlikely event of lost baggage,
assistance is provided with the mislaid
baggage procedure and with keeping the receiving
party advised of the reason for the delay.

Warm welcome just before the tunnel in Arrivals,
Welcome pack which includes an airport map,
Hand baggage trolleys are available on demand
to passengers, at no extra charge. Buggy Car
Transfer, Marhaba passengers have priority
use of the buggy cars inside the terminal
for rapid transit. Original visa collection
from visa services counter. Visa acceptance
from the sponsor at Marhaba Sales Office.
Additional charge of visa deposit fee (AED
10 per visa) is applicable Speedy immigration
clearance through our dedicated Passport Control
Counter Porterage Services Porters can be
arranged if required, @ AED 10 for upto 3
pieces of baggage. Porterage charges are not
included in the Marhaba Meet and Greet charges.
Escort through the baggage concourse and customs
.In the unlikely event of lost baggage, assistance

ensures a relaxed departure. Personalized
escort by a Marhaba Services Agent from outside
the departures up to the designated boarding
gates of your flight. Complimentary Pre Check-In
service whereby on your arrival to the airport,
express flight check-in and baggage acceptance
shall be carried
Complimentary provision of the Marhaba
Lounge to relax with light refreshments
and a selection of reading materials while
we process the check-in formalities. Hand
baggage trolleys are available on demand

Buggy Car Transfer. Marhaba passengers

the 300 meter tunnel for rapid transfer
to the Sheikh Rashid Terminal. Porterage
